POLICIES, & ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS

1. Will you prescribe testosterone, semaglutide, tirzepatide, and ivermectin?
Yes, we will.

2. Will insurance cover these medications?
Probably not. They may cover testosterone but we titrate your testosterone levels to the upper limits of normal to maximize benefit. Insurance will only pay to get you barely above the lower limits of normal. The injectable weight loss drugs do have an FDA-approved indication for diabetes, but the doses are far lower than what is indicated for weight loss, and insurance will not pay for these meds for diabetes until you fail several generics first. All things considered, insurance will not cover these meds. It doesn't cover your Starbucks or your gym membership or your kids Christmas presents, and still you buy those! Some things are just so important you should do even if insurance doesn't pay for it! Losing weight and improving muscle/fat ratio improves your longevity and your quality of life probably more than any other

3. Where is your office?
All contact with patients are through Zoom or phone.

4. Will you take insurance?
No. Payment is done by autodraft monthly by credit card.

5. Will you order lab work and does it cost extra?
We may send lab orders via email attachment, and then notify you by phone that it's in your inbox to be sure you don't miss it (in case it's in spam folder). You'll have to print the lab orders off and take them to your nearest Any Lab Test Now facility.

6. Can prospective patients have a free visit?
We offer a free 10-minute consultation, accessible by texting 704-800-2765.

7. Can established patients cancel at any time?
The minimum sign-up is for 12 months. Then you may cancel at any time.

8. Will your rates increase?
Yes. Established patients are grandfathered in at the lower rates until their payment card expires. Once your card expires, you will have to sign back up at the increased rate.

The Contact Me form is primarily for strangers inquiring about our practice, not paying customers. We do not check this inbox daily. Established Patients should click "Established Patients" and make an appointment.
